SOUNDPROOF CANOPY CKD SOLUTION

Sound proof Canopies: Designs using Solidworks with finite element calculations by our highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, making use of supreme class components. Our canopies are high strength, sturdy construction, corrosion resistance and EASY to Assembly & Dismantle.

All canopies are ideal for protecting engines and generators from all weather conditions, fire, humidity & dust.

Applicable for gen set power range 10kVA~2000kVA.

Common materials used in canopy manufacturing:

Metal surface treatment process:

  • All metals are acid and phosphate treated before painting
  • Canopies are painted with electrostatic epoxy polyester power coating in separate pieces
  • Use the high quality powder paint

Uniwell designs and manufactures soundproof containers specifically for your generator sets, gas engines, biogas engines, oil engines, air compressor, battery pack and whenever soundproof is required, from standard 10ft-20ft-40ft-45ft ISO containers to oversized structures designed to meet your exacting requirements. Our containers are CSC certified for maritime transports or according to the EN12079, DNV2.7-1 and ATEX.

- Enclosures generally constructed from structural steel, galvanized / electro-zinc coated steel sheet are optional

- The design bearing capacity is from 20Ton to 60Ton

- All structural steel shot blasted to SA2.5 before paint applied

- All welding carried out in accordance with 3rd party

approved procedures in conjunction with appropriate in house non-destructive test procedures

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Light Duty Series

This DS Serie canopy is designed to satisfy the need of stationary emergency power. It's very compact in size with top mounted fuel tank, typically applicable for power ranges from 10 to 70kVA

Heavy Duty Series

This WS Series canopy is specifically designed and built for the professional use under toughest working conditions, it’s typically applicable for power ranges from 15 to 800kVA

ISO Container Series

ISO standard 20ft & 40ft container acoustical enclosures are designed and built according to customers' requirements, it is typically use for Diesel gen sets acoustical enclosures, Gas turbine acoustical enclosures, Energy storage battery enclosures and other types.

Chamber Type Discharge Silencer

The Discharge Silencer is a heavy-duty, all welded unit constructed of carbon steel sheet and plate. Individually it provides pulse control and adequate silencing for sub-critical. All sizes are equipped with flange connections. Exterior surfaces receive a shop coat of rust inhibitive primer. Acoustical packing is suitable for 325°F(162°C).
